پیشبینی نشانگان افسردگی براساس معنای زندگی در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بوکان

مقدمه و هدف: افسردگی یکی از مشکلات شایع روانشناختی در دانشجویان است که میتواند عملکرد تحصیلی، اجتماعی و فردی آنان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد، در حالی که معنای زندگی بهعنوان یکی از منابع مهم روانشناختی میتواند با کاهش آسیبپذیری در برابر نشانگان افسردگی همراه باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی نشانگان افسردگی براساس معنای زندگی در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بوکان انجام شد.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بوکان در سال تحصیلی 2023–2024 به تعداد 2900 نفر بود که از میان آنان 350 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل سیاهه افسردگی بک، ویرایش دوم، و پرسشنامه معنای زندگی بود. پایایی ابزارها در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد که برای سیاهه افسردگی 0.86 و برای پرسشنامه معنای زندگی 0.75 به دست آمد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 و آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی ساده تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین معنای زندگی و نشانگان افسردگی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد (r = -0.407, p < 0.001). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون خطی ساده نشان داد مدل پیشبینی نشانگان افسردگی براساس معنای زندگی معنادار است (F = 69.216, p < 0.001). مقدار ضریب تعیین برابر با 0.166 بود؛ بنابراین، معنای زندگی توانست 16.6 درصد از واریانس نشانگان افسردگی را تبیین کند. ضریب استانداردشده رگرسیون نیز نشان داد معنای زندگی پیشبینیکننده منفی و معنادار نشانگان افسردگی است (β = -0.407, t = -8.320, p < 0.001).
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد معنای زندگی نقش معناداری در پیشبینی نشانگان افسردگی دانشجویان دارد و افزایش احساس هدفمندی، انسجام و ارزشمندی زندگی با کاهش نشانگان افسردگی همراه است. بر این اساس، توجه به تقویت معنای زندگی میتواند در برنامههای مشاورهای و پیشگیرانه سلامت روان دانشجویان مفید باشد.
