مسیر مدرسه و سلامت دانش‌آموزان: مقایسه سلامت روانی دانش‌آموزان در روش‌های مختلف سرویس‌دهی مدارس

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: شیوه رفت‌وآمد دانش‌آموزان به مدرسه، به‌عنوان بخشی از تجربه روزمره آنان، می‌تواند با وضعیت روان‌شناختی، احساس ایمنی، تعاملات اجتماعی و تجربه‌های هیجانی آنان ارتباط داشته باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه سلامت روان دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر متوسطه دوم در روش‌های مختلف حمل‌ونقل به مدرسه بود.

روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و علی-مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره متوسطه دوم ناحیه دو شهر زاهدان با دامنه سنی 16 تا 18 سال بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 352 دانش‌آموز بود که به‌صورت برابر از میان دختران و پسران انتخاب شدند؛ به‌طوری‌که 176 نفر دختر و 176 نفر پسر در مطالعه شرکت داشتند. نمونه‌گیری با ترکیبی از روش خوشه‌ای و طبقه‌ای انجام شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی 12 ماده‌ای استفاده شد که دو زیرمقیاس نشانه‌های سلامت روانی مثبت و نشانه‌های اختلال روانی را دربر می‌گیرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و آزمون‌های بین‌آزمودنی تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که بین سلامت روان دانش‌آموزان در روش‌های مختلف حمل‌ونقل به مدرسه تفاوت معنادار آماری وجود دارد. مقدار معناداری آزمون لامبدای ویلکس بیانگر تفاوت معنادار بین گروه‌های حمل‌ونقل در متغیرهای وابسته بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون‌های بین‌آزمودنی نشان داد که تفاوت گروه‌ها در نشانه‌های سلامت روانی مثبت، نشانه‌های اختلال روانی و سلامت عمومی معنادار است. پایین‌ترین وضعیت سلامت روان در میان دانش‌آموزان استفاده‌کننده از حمل‌ونقل فعال و سپس ناوگان حمل‌ونقل عمومی مشاهده شد، در حالی که وضعیت مطلوب‌تر به ترتیب در گروه سرویس مدارس و رفت‌وآمد با خانواده گزارش شد.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که روش رفت‌وآمد به مدرسه با سلامت روان دانش‌آموزان ارتباط معنادار دارد و نوع حمل‌ونقل می‌تواند تجربه روان‌شناختی متفاوتی برای دختران و پسران ایجاد کند. به‌طور کلی، سلامت روان دختران در حمل‌ونقل فعال و ناوگان عمومی پایین‌تر از پسران بود، در حالی که در رفت‌وآمد با خانواده و سرویس مدارس، سلامت روان پسران پایین‌تر گزارش شد. توجه به ایمنی، کیفیت مسیر، نظارت و تجربه هیجانی دانش‌آموزان در سیاست‌گذاری حمل‌ونقل مدرسه ضروری است.
