اثربخشی تلفیقی تمرینات یوگا به همراه سبک زندگی سالم بر حساسیت اضطرابی و نشانه‌های جسمانی در بیماران مبتلا به دیالیز

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: بیماران مبتلا به بیماری مزمن کلیه تحت دیالیز، علاوه بر مشکلات جسمانی ناشی از بیماری و درمان، در معرض مشکلات روان‌شناختی از جمله حساسیت اضطرابی و تشدید نشانه‌های جسمانی قرار دارند که می‌تواند کیفیت زندگی و سازگاری آنان با فرایند درمان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی تلفیق تمرینات یوگا و آموزش سبک زندگی سالم بر حساسیت اضطرابی و نشانه‌های جسمانی بیماران مزمن کلیوی تحت دیالیز انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران مزمن کلیوی تحت دیالیز مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمانی شهر تهران در سال 2026 بود. از میان بیماران واجد شرایط، 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هر یک شامل 15 نفر، جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای، هفته‌ای یک جلسه، مداخله تلفیقی تمرینات یوگا و آموزش سبک زندگی سالم را دریافت کرد، در حالی که گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه حساسیت اضطرابی و زیرمقیاس شکایات جسمانی چک‌لیست علائم بالینی SCL-90 جمع‌آوری و با تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل چندمتغیری نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در ترکیب متغیرهای وابسته در مرحله پس‌آزمون، پس از کنترل نمرات پیش‌آزمون، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (F=33.47، P<0.001). همچنین، تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیری نشان داد که مداخله تلفیقی موجب کاهش معنادار حساسیت اضطرابی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شد (F=4.83، P<0.05). اثر مداخله بر نشانه‌های جسمانی نیز معنادار بود (F=61.80، P<0.01) و کاهش بیشتری در گروه آزمایش مشاهده شد. اندازه اثر برای حساسیت اضطرابی و نشانه‌های جسمانی به‌ترتیب 0.15 و 0.69 گزارش شد.

نتیجه‌گیری: تلفیق تمرینات یوگا و آموزش سبک زندگی سالم می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک مداخله غیردارویی و مکمل برای کاهش حساسیت اضطرابی و نشانه‌های جسمانی بیماران تحت دیالیز مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. ادغام این رویکرد در برنامه‌های مراقبتی و روان‌شناختی مراکز دیالیز می‌تواند در بهبود سازگاری روانی و جسمانی این بیماران سودمند باشد.
