Introduction and Aim: This study aimed to examine the impact of human relations–based management in universities on educational effectiveness and students’ psychological and social health.
Methodology: This applied study employed a descriptive–correlational design using a causal modeling approach. The population consisted of students from public and non-public universities in Tehran, selected through multistage sampling. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires assessing human relations–based management, educational effectiveness, psychological health, and social health. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, and structural equation modeling.
Findings: The results indicated that human relations–based management had a positive and significant effect on educational effectiveness. In addition, it significantly predicted students’ psychological health and social health. Educational effectiveness was also positively and significantly associated with both dimensions of health. Structural equation modeling demonstrated acceptable fit indices, confirming the adequacy of the proposed model and the significance of the hypothesized relationships.
Conclusion: The findings highlight the pivotal role of human relations–based management in enhancing educational effectiveness and promoting students’ psychological and social well-being, underscoring the importance of adopting human-centered management approaches in higher education institutions.
