تأثیر کمالگرایی بر تنهایی عاطفی و اجتماعی در دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم: نقش میانجی رسانههای اجتماعی

مقدمه و هدف: احساس تنهایی عاطفی و اجتماعی از مسائل مهم دوره نوجوانی است و میتواند با ویژگیهای فردی و الگوهای استفاده از رسانههای اجتماعی ارتباط داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر کمالگرایی بر احساس تنهایی عاطفی و اجتماعی با نقش میانجی رسانههای اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر شیراز انجام شد.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر طرح، همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتی و غیردولتی شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 2024–2025 بود که از میان آنان 350 نفر با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاس تنهایی عاطفی و اجتماعی آشر، هیمل و رنشاو، سیاهه کمالگرایی هیل و همکاران و مقیاس اختلال رسانههای اجتماعی ون دن ایندن، لمنز و ولکنبرگ جمعآوری شدند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از SPSS نسخه 26 و AMOS نسخه 24 و با بهرهگیری از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر کوواریانس، روش حداکثر درستنمایی و بوتاسترپ با 2000 بازنمونهگیری انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج مدل ساختاری نشان داد کمالگرایی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تنهایی اجتماعی (β=0.50, t=6.28, p=0.001)، تنهایی عاطفی (β=0.76, t=8.08, p=0.001) و رسانههای اجتماعی (β=0.50, t=6.45, p=0.001) داشت. همچنین، رسانههای اجتماعی بهطور مثبت و معناداری تنهایی اجتماعی (β=0.15, t=2.70, p=0.007) و تنهایی عاطفی (β=0.14, t=2.80, p=0.005) را پیشبینی کردند. نتایج بوتاسترپ نیز نشان داد رسانههای اجتماعی در رابطه بین کمالگرایی و تنهایی اجتماعی (CI=0.006–0.283, p=0.02) و بین کمالگرایی و تنهایی عاطفی (CI=0.016–0.167, p=0.03) نقش میانجی معناداری داشتند.
نتیجهگیری: کمالگرایی میتواند هم بهصورت مستقیم و هم بهطور غیرمستقیم از طریق افزایش استفاده مسئلهساز از رسانههای اجتماعی با افزایش تنهایی عاطفی و اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دختر مرتبط باشد. بنابراین، مداخلات مدرسهمحور با تمرکز بر تعدیل کمالگرایی ناسازگارانه و مدیریت استفاده از رسانههای اجتماعی میتوانند در کاهش احساس تنهایی نوجوانان مؤثر باشند.
