مدل اثر ارتباط اجتماعی مثبت و منفی بر افسردگی افراد جوان: نقش میانجی احساس تنهایی و تجربیات لذتبخش

مقدمه و هدف: افسردگی در دوره جوانی یکی از مهمترین مسائل سلامت روان است که میتواند تحت تأثیر کیفیت روابط اجتماعی و تجربههای هیجانی فرد قرار گیرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین و آزمون مدل اثر ارتباط اجتماعی مثبت و منفی بر افسردگی افراد جوان با نقش میانجی احساس تنهایی و تجربیات لذتبخش بود.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود که در قالب مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل زنان و مردان جوان 18 تا 25 سال شهر شیراز بود که از میان آنان 368 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه ادراک ارتباط اجتماعی مثبت و منفی، فرم کوتاه مقیاس احساس تنهایی اجتماعی ـ عاطفی، فهرست تجربیات لذتبخش و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه افسردگی بک استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS نسخه 23 و از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، شاخصهای برازش مدل، تحلیل مسیر و روش بوتاستراپ تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد افسردگی با ارتباط اجتماعی مثبت رابطه منفی و معنادار و با ارتباط اجتماعی منفی و احساس تنهایی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین افسردگی با تجربیات لذتبخش رابطه منفی و معنادار نشان داد. شاخصهای برازش مدل، برازش مطلوب مدل نهایی را تأیید کردند: χ²/df=2.06، CFI=0.97، IFI=0.96، GFI=0.95، AGFI=0.92 و RMSEA=0.052. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد ارتباط اجتماعی مثبت اثر منفی معنادار بر احساس تنهایی و افسردگی و اثر مثبت معنادار بر تجربیات لذتبخش دارد. ارتباط اجتماعی منفی نیز اثر مثبت معنادار بر احساس تنهایی و افسردگی و اثر منفی معنادار بر تجربیات لذتبخش داشت. احساس تنهایی اثر مثبت و تجربیات لذتبخش اثر منفی معنادار بر افسردگی داشتند. همچنین نقش میانجی احساس تنهایی و تجربیات لذتبخش در رابطه میان ارتباط اجتماعی مثبت و منفی با افسردگی تأیید شد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد کیفیت روابط اجتماعی جوانان از طریق سازوکارهای بینفردی و هیجانی با افسردگی ارتباط دارد. بنابراین، تقویت روابط اجتماعی مثبت، کاهش روابط اجتماعی منفی، کاهش احساس تنهایی و افزایش تجربیات لذتبخش میتواند در پیشگیری و کاهش افسردگی جوانان نقش مؤثری داشته باشد.
